Hello guys welcome back to the channel. I've taken About a month off from filming because I was moving and I [wanted] to get settled into the new house so I'm here in the new kitchen at the New House and We're going to be making some bacon and egg muffins for Keto diet these are super easy very [simple] to make and only a couple of ingredients I have here some some natural choice bacon original uncured and This has no nitrates no preservatives [um] it's all natural So it's really good bacon It's actually on sale.
I think around five bucks for 12 ounces. There's a pretty decent deal considering How expensive Bacon has been? I have here some cheese. I have [leftover] and this is some ah some three uh pepper cheese, it's got um jalapenos got uh some Habanero and I Think some Poblano peppers in it, so it's pretty spicy stuff. I just figure I use this you guys can use cheddar or whatever you like and have some organic eggs and Some cooking spray.
So basically what I'm going to do first is I'm going to shred the cheese Just enough so you Have what you're going to need for your? For your muffins. Whatever [mind] you're going to meet I'm just going to make a dozen today great left hand And I'm going to take the bacon and line up the edges of the pan you okay, once you have your bacon set in then you're going to do your eggs and There's a couple [different] [ways] [you] can do this. You can actually scramble the eggs or you can put the eggs in hold You could also put the cheese on top but you can put it under [it's] entirely up to you. I'm going to put the cheese in first Just add some flavor You can also have veggies like broccoli and steamed asparagus and stuff like that in here and You could also do them with scrambled eggs and then instead of putting the bacon on the outside you can actually add a little baking powder to the eggs and And put the bacon and bits On the inside, I'll probably do a recipe showing you guys how that works also? These are really really practical you [could] eat them as a snack [and] between meals and a hummus breakfast you can take a [clerk] So they're very practical Okay, so now that's done dragon egg Okay guys, so there you have it finished product.
I'm going to put it in the oven now at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes It depends on The heat that you oven has and also how you like your eggs done. I like mine Well, well, done, so mine will probably take about 25 [minutes] in there Alright guys, so it's been in here. He's [have] been in here about 25 minutes Go ahead and take them out and see what they look like Poke them with a knife a [little] quick see if they're gooey, and they're not they're cooked all the way through Well done So you can leave these cool for a bit and then take them out? Just take them out to show you guys what they actually look [like] pretty much done.
You can see they're really simple to make These are great on the go You know you can cool them off and put them in a ziploc bag or a tupperware take them to work with you you know how them in between your meals as a snack, they're Great Keto food [they're] delicious as you guys know you can't go wrong with bacon and eggs and cheese And if you decide you want to do an egg fast if you're stuck in your Keto diet and not losing any weight this [is] well actually you could have these? for a couple of days and You'll be getting zero carbohydrates.
